What we deliver

AIT provides full-coverage tubing inspection for heat exchangers, condensers, and similar tube bundle equipment. Method selection is matched to tubing material, defect mechanism, and the data the integrity team needs.

Inspections detect wall loss, pitting, cracking, and tube support degradation. Results are reported with clear severity grading and tube maps that support repair and re-tube planning.

Methods

Bobbin ET

Fastest electromagnetic technique for non-ferrous tubing — evaluates ID and OD in one pass and distinguishes ID/OD-originating defects.

ECA

Eddy Current Array with 360° coil coverage for circumferential cracking and defect morphology — a diagnostic complement to bobbin ET.

RFT

Remote Field Testing — fastest, most cost-effective method for ferrous tubing, evaluating ID and OD in a single pass.

NFT

Near Field Testing for aluminum-finned ferrous tubing such as fin-fans and air coolers.

IRIS

Internal Rotary Inspection System — quantitative remaining wall thickness to ±0.003", used to confirm ET/RFT/NFT findings.
